Information we collect in connection with the
2010 Screen Actors Guild Awards and how we use it
In order to provide our services in connection
with the 2010 Screen Actors Guild Awards, we may collect the following types of
information:

– When you regsiter for the event you are required to provide personal information
(i.e. such as your name, email address, driver’s license, creatation of an account
password, etc.).

When you send email or other communications to us, we may retain those communications
in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

Other sites – This Privacy
Policy applies to our services only. We do not exercise control over the sites linked
to or from our site. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files
on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
We only process personal information for the
purposes described in this Privacy Policy and/or the supplementary privacy notices
for specific services. In addition to the above, such purposes include:

services to users as well as the Screen Actors Guild and their agents and representatives,

When you regsiter for the event, we ask you
to provide personal information. If we propose to use personal information for any
purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy and/or in the specific
service privacy notices, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use
of personal information for those other purposes.
Information sharing
We share personal information collected in connection
with the Screen Actors Guild Awards with the Screen Actors Guild and their agents
and representatives. We also may share such information with local and federal law
enforcement agenies in order to enhance secuirty at the event. We will only share
information with other companies or individuals outside of these parties in the
following limited circumstances:

satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental
request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential

technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or
safety of us, The Screen Actors. Guild, the sites users or the public as required
or permitted by law.

the information requested to be corrected before processing such requests, and we
