Live telecast on Turner Network Television (TNT) begins to all but the Pacific zone at 5:00 pm PT ( 8:00 pm ET, 7:00 pm Central, 6:00 pm Mountain). The 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® will air tape-delayed in the Pacific zone at 8:00 p.m.

Please fill out and submit the following credential request form for each publicist that is requesting a credential. We are aware that some of the information we are requiring is personal and some individuals may be concerned about how that information is handled. We respect the sensitivity of the information. It will be used for security purposes only. It will be accessible only by those with a direct need to do so.

HOW TO USE THE ONLINE FORM:

Use your mouse or tab key to navigate through the form. When you are finished filling out the form, click on the "Submit Form" button located at the bottom of the page.Use the links provided on the confirmation page to return and submit additional requests if needed.

Please make sure the email address you submit for each request belongs to the individual listed on the form, you will not be able to submit multiple credential request forms with the same email address. A credential status notification email will be sent at a later date.
